Very private Unique 4 bedroom house overlooking rolling hills. Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room and two sitting rooms, two-sided fireplace and a study table. The cottage is attached to our family home and is particularly suited to those seeking a peaceful & quite space. Beautiful beaches within walking distance and only 2km from the amenities of Quilty Village. Spanish Point is only a 5 min drive away and we are very close to a number of golf courses including Doonbeg golf course & Lahinch golf course. 1 hour 10 minutes drive to Adare Manor golf course.
