Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room.
