Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Aire Leclaire! Within walking distance from downtown and 2 blocks from American Pickers. This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. In town for a day or several, enjoy outdoor amenities, a lighted deck, outdoor couch, and table. Inside, a modern LED fireplace mixed with rustic beauty.

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

Rock River Escape

Enjoy your coffee, a nice bbq dinner, glass of wine, a good book, or just enjoy the sweeping views out of this cute bungalow. With 180 ft of unobstructed river views and river access, bring your fishing poles and get ready to relax and enjoy watching the water slowly drift by at this centrally located bungalow in a quiet residential neighborhood. Firepit with firewood provided. No parties allowed so please do not inquire about them.
