The studio has everything you need for your stay - microwave, smart TV, induction cooktop, fridge, air fryer, coffee maker and more. Shared access to the backyard. Perfect for weekend getaways or visiting the sights of San Francisco. LGBT+ friendly.

Welcome to our peaceful cottage style home in Alameda! This location is perfect for those visiting the area, with easy access to San Francisco and Oakland via convenient bus access just a short walk away. The waterfront, restaurants, and USS Hornet are a short distance from our home. Our patio is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We are dedicated to making your stay comfortable. Pet fee: $150/pet. We also have an electric charger on property which can be used for $0.40/kWh. Welcome!

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

As you step in through your private entrance, you'll find yourself in a cozy haven designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. Our studio is in a central location with easy access to downtown Oakland, Lake Merritt, and SF. Please note this is an in-law unit with shared walls. Guests must walk down a sloped concrete driveway with one step to access the space.

This private zen cottage, is conveniently located near major ferry service, train,and bus lines to San Francisco and other cities surrounding Alameda. The cottage offers a outdoor private court yard area. Inside the cottage you will find a desk, living room area , queen size bed with cozy bedding, a kitchenette area with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, with complimentary tea, coffee and creamer, and last but not least the bathroom with a toilet and shower.

This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!

Cozy furnished, sound proofed studio with blackout windows, thermal heated flooring, small kitchen, bath & living area. Free high speed internet, security & housekeeping service. Ample street parking and very close to public transportation.
