Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a country pub The Old Neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

Unwind in this beautiful Cotswold stone lodge located at the end of a long farm track in the grounds of Ewen Barn, Ewen. Peaceful yet just three miles from the bustling market town of Cirencester, this is the perfect retreat. The architect-designed property won the 2022 Cotswold Design Awards House of the Year. Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away. The Wild Duck pub is reopening in March and is a 5 minute walk away from the cottage. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
