Enjoy drinks or your morning coffee on the deck in the warmer weather or a cosy evening by the fire in the cooler months. Make sure you step outside after dark on a clear night and gaze at the abundance of stars.

This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.
