This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. This large victorian house unit 2 is extraordinary because it is located on the historic Irvine Park square with beautiful views of its fountain and gazebo - this is the only rental available on the park!!
