We are 1 mile from the quaint village of Reedsville with eateries, shops and taverns... all surrounded by the Amish community. State College is 27 miles. Beautiful flower beds show their vibrant colors along side the tranquility of Honey Creek!

A relaxing oasis for adults and kids alike, our 1930s Cape Cod is situated along a quiet walking/biking trail and is well-equipped for long and short stays alike. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
