This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

You have a 270 degree panoramic and unobstructed view of the water which will take your breath away.... It's a 30 minute drive to Clarenville, on Route 205 off of the Trans-Canada Highway.
