It’s the perfect home base for exploring Vancouver while enjoying the peace and serenity of North Vancouver. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, kayaking in the cove, or strolling through the charming village before returning to a quiet retreat. This suite offers the best of both nature and city access.

Welcome to our Hillside Oasis! Enjoy your own private spacious coach house with an unbelievable view. One bedroom, one bathroom, hotplate, toaster oven, fridge, pull-out couch, living room, cute little wood burning stove. 5 minute drive to the cove/ferry terminal. Relax on your private patio after visiting the lakes/ beaches, or shopping in the cove. Wifi TV w/Firestick. Queen bed. Note we are a 45 min walk uphill from the ferry. There is also sun room (shared with the host) with access to the garden and huge sun deck where you can enjoy south view on the city. Convenient location in Coquitlam-Millardville. Option to self check with the key in the key-box. The house is situated on the slope of the hill; there are comfortable access steps (2 x 8 steps) from the lower parking to the suite.

All over Vancouver Metro, municipalities are increasing urban density near transit hubs. The construction noise on any given day is hit or miss, intermittent and beyond our control.

Welcome to our newly renovated self-contained suite, conveniently located close to the city center and attractions. With a private entrance, enjoy privacy and flexibility. The suite, situated on the ground level basement, offers ample natural light. Inside, find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a studio double bed with curtains for privacy. The living room also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with free WIFI and parking in the safe neighborhood.

Centrally located in Coquitlam, the basement suite has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a large bathroom, couch and dining table. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 35 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.

Downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes sky train ride. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.
