Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. With 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, you can comfortably sleep 4 people utilizing the pullout couch in the living room. Launch the kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard and enjoy the Exuma waters.

Our Cool Cozy and comfortable one bedroom cottage .It has a true island coastal feeling ,it is situated on the water and has a dock at your front door it is walking distance to resturants, food stores, night life etc. It is 20 mins from Pig Island where the Famous Swimming Pigs resides. Getting here one would have to fly into Nassau Bahamas then take Flamingo Air or Titanair from Nassau into Black Point Exuma Cays. Please bring some cash along. There is no atm or bank here on the island.
