Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

Stay in our cozy, completely renovated cabin in the woods where elegance meets quaint…nestled in the Finger lakes and wine country region..to include craft breweries as well..Includes all new appliances /heat /AC with all the comforts of home! Also has an automatic generator in the rare event of power failure. This property offers 1 mile of mowed trails and 60 acres to explore! Hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing available.Snowmobiling trails and ski resorts just minutes away.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Centrally located in downtown Dansville with walking access to local restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. With over 2000 sqft and 3 bedrooms, this historic apartment is fit for gathering. Located in the Finger Lakes region, the Sweet Retreat is near many wineries, breweries, and state parks including Stony Brook, Letchworth, and Watkins Glen.
