Cozy, clean, eight (8) room Adirondack motel directly on Lake Champlain. Each room has heat and air conditioning, private bath, frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee , updated WIFI and cable TV. Right next to boat launch. We can accommodate boats in our parking lot. Flagstone patio with picnic tables, umbrellas , grill and Adirondack chairs . Owners live on premises so we are here to assist you. Sit by the lake and enjoy spectacular views of the lake and Green Mountains of Vermont !

Public hiking/snowshoeing trails can be entered right through the backyard & Okemo mountain is just a short drive away! EV charging is provided across the street! Although the building is bed & breakfast style we do not provide breakfast.

Located 300 feet from the sand at Crescent Beach. Our economy rooms feature 1 queen bed, wifi, cable, a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning and coffee maker. Each unit has their own porch with outdoor seating. 1 free parking spot comes with the room. This is a yard view room and does not have an ocean view.

The historic Pine Lodge is conveniently located just a block from Bellevue Avenue. Only a few minutes walk to Cliff Walk, beach, mansions, & downtown restaurants and bars on the Newport Harbor. The Porch Suite at the Pine Lodge has private off street parking with own private entrance.
