The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Mockingbird makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.
