Orlando has some amazing historic neighborhoods that most people don't know about! Here's a great spot that's only a few blocks to Lake Eola, located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in FL!

This house is a lakefront paradise with a private pool, Paddleboards, Kayaks, a Game room, a King bed in the primary, 70 inch TV, Fast WIFI, Coffee Bar with espresso and cappuccino, body jets and rain head shower, 16-foot kitchen island, 42-inch cabinets, travertine floors, gorgeous granite counters, 7 mi to the airport, 5 mi to Downtown, 20 mi to Disney, 14 mi to Universal, 55 mi to Cocoa Beach. 14 mi to the convention center. The house has a doorbell camera and camera on back left corner.

Cute ensuite bungalow w/ office located in the heart of Orlando- perfect base for exploring the city. Snacks, coffee, tea and little touches make the place feel like home. Quiet and clean next to a church on a safe dead-end street. Host lives in main home sharing a living room wall w/ a waterfall noise barrier on the other side. Indoor guest area is entirely private. Blackout curtains, white noise machine, spin bike, and personal AC. All guests on reservation must be listed and verified.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

The Cottage A Pet Friendly Guesthouse

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.
