This spacious attic suite features a stunning window seat, wood fireplace, plush futon, wingback chair and ottoman, and private entry. Just off the dining area is a well-equipped full-size kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, gas stove, and balcony. The luxurious bathroom boasts a claw foot tub. Inn Suite #8 sleeps up to 5 people (2 on the futon, 1 child on window seat).

The Barn at Poplar

The Barn at Poplar is located 40 minutes from Grand Marais, just off the Gunflint Trail on beautiful Poplar Lake! You can either enjoy the lake from the deck, screen porch or take the gentle slope down to the dock for easy access to fishing, swimming, or canoeing. The cabin includes four bedrooms, two baths and a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. We have a canoe for guest use and there is a public access nearby if you want to bring your own boat.
