Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

The Cottage at Newton’s Bend Farm is a cozy two bedroom home on a 50 acre farm. Located only 2.5 miles from Cummins Falls State Park and 5 miles from Tennessee Tech, which makes the location convenient while very private. Lots of trees and natural scenery. Deer, turkey and other wildlife frequently sited from back deck.
