This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below

Ideally located in Fremantle in a quiet street, this former shop has been completely renovated and transformed into a guesthouse. In a traditional and upscale local style, it will be your "cosy nest" during your stay. Breakfast is delivered every morning in a basket to the door of your accommodation. This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is down a slightly sloped parking area and through a gate. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive.
