This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are well appointed with a homely feel and comfortable beds.

Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. The master bedroom extends to an ensuite and private balcony. The unit at the front of the house is not included and is unoccupied.
