The Apartment, partially renovated in 2024, consists of a living area and kitchen on the ground floor. Sleeping area and bathroom on the bright basement floor with windows. It is located in a late 70's beach residence situated in the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli natural park. The place is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees which provide a lot of natural shade and breeze and it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE WIFI at all times.This is the perfect stay for NATURE LOVERS!!

The Puccini also has it's own private garden, directly communicating though a door with the larger villa garden, with access to the river. The houses next door, Byron and Teresa, can be rented at the same time, the whole villa can receive up to 18 people.

Camaiore, una città storica e ben servita, dista 8' in auto. Il nostro Wi-Fi è MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉. C'è la possibilità di prenotare un ombrellone in spiaggia privata a 25€ al giorno (pagamento in spiaggia).
