Just minutes from local attractions outdoor enthusiasts will love skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, in the winter and golfing, fishing, and hiking in the spring, summer and fall. While we love our furry friends, we do have a no pet policy.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. The little Cottage on the Deer

This little slice of heaven is exactly what you and your family need! Wether it’s a simple get away,snowmobiling the NYS trail system, ATV riding, horseback riding, hunting or fishing! This property has it all situated literally on the bank of the deer river, with the trail system at the end of the driveway, and surrounded by 30k acres of state land! -Everything in this 1300sqf cottage on the river is brand new including a brand new convection gas stove with an air fryer built in!

Minutes away from Titus Ski Mountain and Malone Golf Club. 20 min from the Deer River Flow and Meacham Lake, great opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. Wonderful scenic family hikes to Azure, Debar, Lyon, and St. Regis Mountains make for perfect family adventures.
