Outside relax in the hot tub overlooking the pond, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook on the charcoal grill, all on the deck. With the pier extending directly from the deck, puts you just steps from the water. Complete with a fire pit and picnic table, this cabin is perfect for couples and small families.

The Firefly is located in heart of Dawson, Texas only a short drive to beautiful natural landscapes of country fields, small businesses, and five minute drive to the Navarro Mills Lake. You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Come stay with us at Cedar Creek Lake! We have the perfect house for a small family trip, couples weekend, girls/ guys weekend, or even a fishing trip. Our slice of paradise includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have an air mattress or two as well as the couch for those larger groups. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the party dock! Head up there in the evening with a cool drink to check out gorgeous sunset.
