Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

This is a lovely home to stay in for those looking to explore the Bay Area. It is a quintessential Mill Valley house near Mt.Tamalpais, Stinson Beach, and San Francisco. It is a short walk to the village where there are shops, restaurants and theaters. Hiking trails are nearby. The house is located on a hillside and there are quite a few stairs . There is a studio apartment downstairs where I sometimes stay there with my poodle, Gigi.
