Spacious, clean and bright studio apartment two steps from Beach Please/Nibiru and Epava! The apt is on the 4th floor of a 5-story building completed in 2025, with elevator, in the first row from the sea and right next to the festival area and 5 min from the sea. Outside the festival period, the area is very quiet. Sea view from the balcony. All furniture and appliances are new. For sleeping there is a large bed and a sofa bed available for more guests. Looking forward to hosting you!
