Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, la etajul 3, într-un bloc dotat cu lift, având în proximitatea sa magazine: La doi pași (100 de metri), Kaufland (200m), Lidl (600m) și un centru comercial, Family Market (500 de metri).
