June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Fishing boat is available to hire for Skeagh Lake and kayaking can be booked on the Castle Lake or your welcome to bring your own kayaks. This old stone cottage built between 1830 -1850 is tucked away at the archway entrance to the Cloverhill Estate. This cottage is surrounded by gardens and woodland. The magic of this cottage is undeniable . Originally built for the Gate Keeper this cottage reflects heritage with rustic simplicity. Though some features and fittings have been replaced, the survival of historic features, including the label mouldings and timber bargeboards add to its character and charm.
