This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

Nestled in the serene countryside of County Donegal, our cozy retreat offers a unique blend of history, nature and comfort. Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. A log cabin for two on a quiet smallholding above Mulroy Bay, named for Davey John's eldest daughter, Margaret. Chalet warmth with a darker, more textured palette: a heather feature wall, a navy velvet sofa, a McNutt of Donegal tweed headboard. The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard.
