This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Urban Westcoast Retreat in Courtenay, BC

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi.
