Main bedroom hosts King bed, 2nd bedroom 2 twin beds & Queen murphy in living room. Fully furnished. Monthly rates available on request. Note swimming pool & dock April-October, hot tub year round.Dogs ok, no cats.

There is a bus stand one minute away from the unit. The family Upstairs has little kids and being that it is summer holidays there will be some sort of noise.

Comfortable room with Queen & dedicated bath

My home is within walking distance to bus service and shopping. It is a short drive to the hospital, university, hiking trails, rivers, lakes. Some tourist attractions are a within a 2 km radius. Lake Cowichan is a 21 minute drive. Victoria is a 58 min drive. Nanaimo is a 41 min drive. There is clean drinking water straight from the taps. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is ample parking on the street and in my driveway. I also have storage space for bicycles if need be.

Easy access to Downtown Victoria only 3 mins walk to Bus Exchange, 5 minutes walk to local groceries & restaurants (Walmart, Superstore, Belmont Market, Westshore shopping centre) The Place: Guest private room (not ensuite) in a shared home. Guest room located on ground floor, and we live upstairs. Relax with the whole family in our ground floor two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Located close to Nanaimo Airport and ferry terminals. Adventurous souls arriving by boat can make use of mooring buoys and the private dock. Start your vacation with salt air, hot coffee, and stunning ocean views from the expansive patio. Keep busy all day with the many on site amenities - heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, playground, beachside fire-pit and more!
