It is 600 square feet, including a full kitchen, office nook, private bathroom, and Queen size bed.

So when we bought this apartment, we knew from the start it needed to be for guests, offering a place of comfort and rest. We renovated the bathroom most recently, and we continue to enhance it to make it great for you. Located right in downtown Orrville, this is ideal for stay!

Cozy Abode

The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

This peaceful place is walking distance to quaint downtown Wadsworth bars restaurants, and shops. There are parks and hiking trails in Wadsworth , the Ohio Erie Towpath Bike Trail is 20 minutes away. This apartment is newly furnished, it sleeps 4 with a queen bed and full pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and bathroom stocked with new appliances and linens. It is 30 minutes to Akron, 45 minutes to Cleveland and 30 minutes to Canton Ohio and highway access is easily accessible.

The Bonnie Jane House is a family friendly space on a quiet, tree-lined street, within sight of the College of Wooster and minutes from downtown. Perfect for college, business, and local tourism. The space includes 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to six) and 2.5 bathrooms stocked with towels, linens, and basic toiletries. With the full couch and inflatable mattress available, plus plenty of floor spaces, we can accommodate as many as 8 guests. There is an upstairs apartment on the 3rd floor.

Uptown Liberty I is a beautiful and unique apartment unit located directly on Medina Square. (Castle Noel is right next door!) Romantic getaway log cabin in the country. Private log cabin with full kitchen and large bathroom and large shower. This cabin was built summer 2016 and we are continuing to landscape and make it a great place to have a romantic getaway or a place to relax and get away from the city.
