Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.
