Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Old Workshop Cottage (3 Bed, 2 Bath)

Looking out over the courtyard, this delightful cottage with vaulted ceilings enjoys 3 beautiful bedrooms all with patio doors onto the cottage garden - a glorious way to start the day! The open kitchen/sitting room and large bathrooms make this a spacious retreat. Extra wide doors and ramped paving provide access with disabled visitors in mind. The Master Bedroom is a UK King. A single duo bed can be added to the Single Room or the Double room to allow an additional guest: total occupancy 6.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful accomodation. It has spacious lounge dining area. (330sq.ft) Large master bedroom, with 3 patio doors opening onto its own patio area, with stream and pond outside. King size bed, to chill and relax in. Twin room next door for other family members. Bathroom and kitchen off the spacious lounge area, with 2 leather chairs, and 3 seater leather settee. Travel cot, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Plenty of safe free parking.

This listing is one of two self-contained courtyard studios on the property. Each has its own private entrance/ indoor space. The courtyard garden may be shared with guests staying in the neighbouring studio. Families/small groups travelling together can book both courtyard studios, subject to availability, to enjoy the shared garden. Generous parking suitable for cars, vans, trailers, and bikes. Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
