This unique elevated cabin is built over a natural spring and has a private rock shelter patio and fire pit area. A drop down deck creates a very open feeling punctuated by views of the stream through the trees. Built mostly from timber and stone harvested from the property the cabin features Oak hard wood floors and large glass windows and French doors. The cabin does not have a kitchen or bathroom. A large common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away.

Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

**NEWLY REMODELED** The Cozy Nest features a guest suite a private entrance, 1 Bedroom w/ queen bed, addl. bed in living room, kitchen, and full bath- with a washer and dryer in the unit! You should find everything you would need for cooking and preparing meals if you don't just ask! Enjoy the balcony porch with breathtaking views. The stars at night are amazing! This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!
