The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
