Location can't be beat-5 minutes to Alliant Energy Center, downtown and UW-Madison. Private deck overlooking the Yahara River off of the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bathroom with tub. Half bath on the main level, spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. This entire unit is yours to enjoy! There are 2 new queen beds, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed, which also a memory foam mattress. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements below.
