Welcome to Glebe Farm Bed & Breakfast, your own quiet private detached annexe. Ground floor, with lockable entrance door, off road parking in front of annexe & countryside views. En-suite, double bedroom, sitting room, table/work space. Fridge with water, fresh milk, tea /coffee, kettle. Crockery. Under floor heating, heated towel rail, smart tv, Wi-Fi. Iron & Ironing board, hairdryer. NO kitchen -Menu to choose a full English breakfast served to you in the annexe at a time of your choice.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury
Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

A stylish, self-contained, studio apartment situated in a quiet, leafy, secluded spot right in the centre of Wolverton in Milton Keynes. Restaurants, takeaways, shops, buses and trains (direct to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London) are all within 5 minutes walk and central Milton Keynes is only 10 minutes drive away. The quaint market town of Stony Stratford is nearby and there are lovely walks by the canal, the river Ouse and the Ouse Valley park which are practically on the doorstop.

There is a lockable fire door to the main house which is kept locked. Ideal for business guests close to J14 of the M1 and Willen Lake and handy for Silverstone. Free parking on driveway. Quiet location

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion
Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester
Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

The Loft @ Baytree House
The Loft @ Baytree House is a stylish and comfortable annex accommodation in a peaceful residential location, 2.1 miles away from Kettering Train Station. This accommodation has a modern shower room, kitchen area with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a TV and arm chair for relaxing. The property is accessed via the stairs leading onto a balcony over looking the garden. Breakfast is included.

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
