This peaceful place to stay is perfect for group trips. It is located just 50 yards from the Elnora Bible Institute. If you have a family gathering at the school, it is nice to be close to the party, but have your own space. It features a campfire seating area for special times with family and friends. A swing set for the children, a large yard for games, outdoor lighting, and a Weber grill, makes it a perfect place for a get-together. The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to prepare meals.

Sonny’s place

Sonny’s place is a farmhouse themed home with lots of charm. It is a three bedroom two bath home in the country set on five acres with a beautiful covered gazebo . The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable along with a coffee bar stocked with pods , sugar and creamers . The home offers well water . For those who don’t like the taste of well water we do provide some water to get you started. Our local Walmart is a short five minute drive .

Relax in this peaceful place with a fenced back yard. Located on just under 1/5 an acre, we have over 9 types of seasonal fruit trees and bushes throughout the property. During the warm months you'll find blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and seeded grapes among the cherry, apricot, apple, pear, che melonberry, and plum trees. Just a 3 minute drive (7 minute walk) to Historic Downtown Washington, 4 minutes to Daviess Community Hospital, and 15 minutes to the Gasthof Amish Village.

Enjoy the entire 600 square foot mini home furnished with everything you’ll need right down to the kitchen spices. We are located only a minute from gas , grocery , and several eateries. Boggs park and Stoll’s Lakeview amish restaurant are only 5 mile north.
