The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

Umpqua Suite Off I-5

This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

Mountain View Treehouse

Perched 17 feet above the forest floor between four mature Douglas fir trees and ready for your relaxing escape. You may catch a glimpse of a blacktail deer, turkey, grey squirrel, or hear a great horned owl or woodpecker. No comfort is left out, equipped with an unlimited hot water shower, toilet, sink, heat and ac. The interior of the treehouse is lined with incense cedar harvested on the property. Small decks off the front and back of the treehouse to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.

Cinder Cottage ~ No Cleaning Fee

Cinder Cottage is a cozy and clean 2 bedroom home that's been recently updated and is pet & family friendly. Located on a quiet corner in the heart of historic Riddle OR just a block from the high school and walking distance to the small downtown. A few miles from the I-5 corridor it's a great place to stop for a break from driving. We're just minutes away from Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Please read below for details about the occupancy. We are nestled in the country between Roseburg and Glide. This updated studio is private, clean, restored, and sits atop a 50's cabin. This is a shared guest property, and the parking and entrances are completely separate! Open the windows, listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the trees. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
