Stay in our beautiful, very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with ski out access to Deer Valley. Private hot tub, fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, high speed wifi, 50" UHD TV with loads of channels. Max occupancy is strictly 6, but there is room to spread out--1 king, 2 queens, a twin daybed & trundle in the loft. Easy bike, hike, and ski access to DV! Ski right from the property on an access run that takes you to Last Chance. Ski almost home with only a couple minute walk from the ski trail.

This single family house is in literally the single best location in all of Old Town (perfect for Sundance). You are a 1 minute walk down 5th St to the center of Main St, a 4 minute walk down Park Ave to the Old Town Lift, and a 3 minute walk up the adjacent staircase to Ski Out access. This single family house was recently fully renovated. It features a great room with views of historic Old Town, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage.
