Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private fenced outdoor space, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole & summer months enjoy the local farmers market.

Rustic elegance at its best. A great retreat with a mix of both, beamed ceilings and rustic characteristics yet chandeliers in the bedroom and elegant dining area with character throughout the home. Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of the spacious yard, fire pit, grill, patio, fully enclosed porches, and open floor plan. The cottage is a mere two-minute walk to dining, tavern, shopping, cafe, and the public swimming area. Bring your boat. The public launch is only 1/2 mile down the road.

Make memories with time at the lake. 2 Bedroom/1 bath cottage on "all sports" 550 acre Round Lake. This cottage is perfect for a single family of up to 5 people. Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.
