Sit on the wrap around porch & watch the deer & turkey stroll thru. We are located about 1 mile off Route 66 and easy access to I-49 & I-44.

Come relax, refresh, romance, or retreat in our quaint (rustic) 900 sq ft stone cottage on our working farm, perfect for a weekend getaway or for longer term lodging (with a significant discount,) and easily accessed off I-44/49 east of Joplin & south of Carthage. Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.
