Downtown Keosauqua is less than half a mile and conveniently located near all that this quaint river town has to offer - dining, shopping, bars, trails, kayaking, fishing, hunting and so much more. Emma’s Cottage is close to great views, family-friendly activities, Nauvoo sites and the Historic Nauvoo Temple. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Captains Quarters Treehouse

An off the grid whimsical gem in the Ten Acre Treehouse forest! "The Captains Quarters". This is the 2nd treehouse in rural Nauvoo. A lot of the same touches found in "The Whitetail". The first treehouse here, you will find in this nautical inspired creation. This treehouse is a full 2 story, 400 sq foot, and features second story bedroom, sleeper sofa on the first floor, small kitchen area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups and a sink!

The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.
