We also have a 1900’s player piano, fun arcade room, jail, hot tub, & propane firepit on the private back patio! Right next door to a coffee shop & playground.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
