The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Property located in Historic Old Town Plaza area. Walking distance to museums, parks, shopping, restaurants, historic church. Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Welcome to La Casita! A beautiful example of a traditional southwest style adobe casita. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza. *The walls of the casita are quite thick, which prevents good wi-fi service inside.

Cozy get-away in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
