‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. Birch Creek Farm & Cottages invites you to come and stay with us at The June. The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
