It’s our little piece of paradise, recently renovated and styled for a relaxed atmosphere. The Little Loft is located adjacent to the Loft as shown in the images, however it is completely self-contained (no shared spaces) and perfectly suited for your own private getaway!

The Spa Cottage offers a small cozy affordable couples retreat nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Not suitable for suitcases. Featuring a deep spa bath (side jet function only) for two, kitchenette and small courtyard. An easy stroll to the iconic cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the famous Palais Theatre and indulgent Hepburn Bathhouse, or just a short 2-3 minute drive to Daylesford. Our cosy, eclectic, homely bungalow sits on top of a large timber deck at the rear of our home that’s set in amongst the gum trees & forest with a view from every window. We provide fresh free range eggs, local honey, coffee, teas, milk & a few extra pantry staples!

A cosy cottage just outside the beautiful spa town of Hepburn Springs. With beautiful views over Breakneck Gorge and close to restaurants, day spas and Hepburn Mineral Springs, you can relax on the verandah, in the courtyard or get out and discover this beautiful region. This is the perfect place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Pets are allowed, however owners must take responsibility for them as only the front courtyard is fully fenced.

Dashiell is a cosy Tuscan-style 2-bedroom villa in the heart of Hepburn Springs. From this central location, it's a short walk to several restaurants and cafes, including the iconic Mineral Springs Hotel with The Argus dining room, Rubens, The Surley Goat and Bellinzona Hotel. A scenic pathway via the historic footbridge over the Spring Creek valley takes you to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa and the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

Tarilta Cottage at Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve

Tarilta is a one-bedroom cottage with lovely views over the surrounding forest. Situated in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs and at end of a long private driveway through the lightly forested sloping 1-acre site (with two other small cottages at the front end of the site) that backs onto and has direct access to the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, the cottage provides a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Dijon

Dijon is a small but charming, self-contained studio space with one queen sized bed, kitchenette, couch and table within that area. Set in a spacious garden it comes equipped with some breakfast provisions, cooking basics, separate bathroom area and outdoor garden seating. It is only a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse, cafes, and therapy providers or alternatively, bushland walking tracks.
