Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Perfectly located in Stoneybatter

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

Dublin City Island Cottage

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

Enjoy a stroll on Sandymount Strand after a day of sight-seeing, before sampling one of the many great eateries in the village. You'll be spoiled for choice!

A warm comfortable space located at the side of our house completely separate from the main house with its own front door and privacy. Facilities include en-suite, kettle, tea & coffee, wifi, towels, hairdryer and iron. Host on hand if needed. Walking distance of sea and an array of places to eat & drink within walking distance. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Dublin City, Camden Top Floor Suite Self Check in.

Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.

St. Patrick’s Nest - Own Door Access

St Patrick’s Nest is a refurbished private extension with own entrance, living, kitchen, bedroom, and ensuite bathroom! Enjoy your own cosy living room with Smart TV, a full kitchen with washer-dryer and dishwasher, and a comfortable ensuite double bedroom. Locked double doors to the main house ensures complete privacy. Walk to Croke Park, Griffith Park, cafés, and excellent transport. Please note: the apartment is directly beside a train line, so passing trains are audible.

This is a lovely bright, spacious mews, tucked away behind the main house, in a peaceful area, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway. Excellent public transport is also only minutes away. The beach is 10 mins walk and there is a spar shop around the corner, where you can hire bikes for €1/hour ( see bleeperactive.com for details )

Best location in Dublin! Walking distance from the city center, DART a five-minute walk away. Buses to major city colleges. Newly fitted space, perfect for complete privacy for one person. Gorgeous new fully tiled bathroom with large shower. Single bedroom/studio with storage, counter, a desk and WIFI. Under-counter fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, and kettle provided. Samsung 'The Frame' 43" Smart TV. Sadly, I am allergic to pets with fur. Entrance camera.

My place in Donnycarney is centrally located and is situated in a quiet residential street in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about a fifteen/20 min taxi ride from airport. The city centre is only about a 12 minute bus drive and the bus stop is a mere four/five minutes walk from the house. The home is a small self-contained building in my back garden with its own private entrance giving guests complete privacy to come and go as they wish.
