We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. The Apartment "Gallery" is a luxury apartment newly renovated in July 2024. Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Orange Tree Apartment

This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

NEBO is located in a newly renovated attic of a two hundred year old house just outside the City Walls. The distance from the south entrance and drawbridge is just 50 yards. The apartment can accommodate four people, as it consists of a double bed bedroom and two extra beds in the living room. There is also a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It has a private terrace and a shared infinity swimming pool. NEBO is part of the house which consists of three apartments, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO.
