The 2800sqft condo is bigger than it looks, occupying the entire 2nd floor of an historic Duluth building. NO stairs! Across the street is the Munger Trail for those that prefer to bike and hike on pavement. The St. Louis River is located right down the road for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lake Superior is within a short 10 minute drive.
