There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

The Studio at Edenbrook

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
